# Layout guess — Beaulieu Banks property demo

Reference review: all 23 photographs and all 15 equirectangular panoramas were inspected. No floor plan, walkthrough video, notes.txt or confirmed dimension was supplied in the two folders. Three front-exterior drone clips (0085, 0097 and 0101) were supplied later and inspected for the facade, roof and driveway; they do not establish interior room connections. The bracketed 2.1 m door / 2.4 m ceiling text was a prompt example, not a measurement.

## Scale and confidence

Model uses metres. At the user’s request, every horizontal model dimension has been enlarged by 15%, giving a 6.44 × 10.81 m internal envelope. The assumed 2.4 m ceiling, 2.1 m door height, 0.30 m floor zone and 2.7 m floor-to-floor height are unchanged; the walking eye height remains 1.6 m. This is a presentation adjustment to visual estimates, not a new survey measurement. The preserved block-out checkpoint and earlier stills retain the original scale. The floor alignment, exact wall offsets, cupboard inset, roof pitch, stair dimensions, garden depth and window sizes require verification.

## Rooms

| Room | Rough envelope (m) | Connection / evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Living room (ground) | 4.08 × 5.00 | Front sitting room; hall doorway and large front window visible. Panorama 02. |
| Entrance hall (ground) | 2.36 × 6.56 | Front entrance, living doorway, rear kitchen doorway and WC connection visible. Panorama 01. |
| Downstairs WC (ground) | 2.36 × 1.78 | At rear of hall; exact depth and side window position estimated. Panorama 04. |
| Kitchen / dining (ground) | 6.44 × 5.81 | L-shaped open room around WC/stair core; 3 panoramas show same connected space. Panorama 06. |
| Landing (upper) | 2.36 × 4.49 | Connects three bedrooms and family bath. Side window above stair. Panorama 09. |
| Front double bedroom (upper) | 4.08 × 4.83 | Front window, mirrored wardrobe, private ensuite doorway visible. Panorama 13. |
| Ensuite shower room (upper) | 2.30 × 1.84 | Windowless ensuite connects only to front double. Exact inset footprint uncertain. Panorama 14. |
| Single bedroom (upper) | 2.36 × 3.22 | At front end of landing; front window, shelves and red throw. Panorama 15. |
| Rear double bedroom (upper) | 4.08 × 4.14 | Rear-facing window, timber slat bed wall and fitted wardrobe. Panorama 11. |
| Family bathroom (upper) | 2.36 × 3.11 | At rear end of landing; bath, vanity and rear window visible. Panorama 10. |
| Rear garden (ground) | 6.44 × 8.05 | Shown in two photographs; depth and boundaries estimated. |
| Front exterior (ground) | 6.44 × 6.21 | Right-hand home in front photographs. Neighbouring houses omitted. |

The kitchen / dining envelope includes the hall/WC notch and is not a rectangular floor area. The landing envelope includes the stair opening; the clear passage beside it is approximately 1.265 m wide. In the model, the upstairs bathroom begins 7.705 m from the front and is 3.105 m deep; the landing extends to that boundary, leaving approximately 1.265 m at the top of the stairs for the turn.

## Strongest visual evidence

- The front hall panorama shows the living room through the left doorway and the straight stair climbing along the right exterior wall.
- At the back of the hall, panorama 03 simultaneously shows the rear family-room door to the left and the WC straight ahead. The WC has a side window, not a rear window.
- Panoramas 05–07 show one L-shaped rear room: family seating near the hall, dining beside the rear French doors, and a U-shaped kitchen in the rear-right recess.
- The upstairs landing panoramas show the single room at the front end and the main bathroom at the rear end, with both double bedrooms opening from the side of the landing.
- The floral double bedroom opens directly into the windowless shower ensuite. The slatted-headboard double room faces the rear garden. No unseen utility room, loft interior or extra bedroom is added.

## Connection graph

Front exterior → entrance hall → living room / downstairs WC / rear kitchen–dining / stairs.
Kitchen–dining → rear garden through French doors.
Stairs → landing → rear double / family bathroom / front double / single bedroom.
Front double → ensuite.

## UNCERTAIN collection

All geometry based on estimated dimensions is additionally linked to UNCERTAIN with object-level reason notes. Room collections retain independent geometry; nothing is combined into a single house mesh. Closed cupboard/understairs interiors are omitted because the references do not reveal them. Roof and garden are simplified external forms only. No neighbouring home interiors, loft room or additional room is invented.

This is a photo-textured polygonal reconstruction, not a trained Gaussian splat or measured digital twin. Localized photo-derived material patches are applied to floors, walls and furniture while preserving continuous walking. Texture repetition, UV alignment and image-derived normal relief remain approximate. The native source panoramas remain optional comparison views; they are not the main navigation experience.
