How quickly will I receive the photos?

All packages include 24-hour delivery. In most cases images arrive within 12 hours of the shoot. Rush same-day delivery is available as an add-on.

What areas do you cover?

I cover all of Dublin and County Meath. For properties outside this area, please get in touch as I can sometimes accommodate surrounding counties.

Do you shoot in all weather conditions?

Interior photography can proceed in any weather. For drone and exterior work I monitor conditions closely. If weather prevents drone flights I will reschedule that portion at no extra cost.

What equipment do you use?

I use professional full-frame camera bodies with wide-angle lenses, on-location flash and diffusion equipment, a DJI drone for aerials, and professional software for post-processing. All drone work is IAA licensed.

Can I request specific shots or angles?

Absolutely. If there are specific features, angles, or rooms you want highlighted, let me know ahead of the shoot and I'll make sure they're captured.

Do you offer retainer packages for agencies?

Yes, several estate agencies work with me on a regular basis and benefit from priority scheduling and volume pricing. Get in touch to discuss a regular arrangement.

How much notice do you need before a booking?

I generally need 2–3 days notice to schedule a shoot. This allows time to plan the visit, check weather conditions for drone work, and ensure I can deliver your edited images within 24 hours of the shoot. For urgent requirements, same-week appointments are sometimes possible, and rush delivery is available as an add-on.

Do you offer a key collection service?

Yes, I can collect keys directly from your office before the shoot and return them afterwards. This makes the process seamless for busy agents and means the vendor doesn't need to be present. Just let me know when booking and I'll arrange the details.

Any tips for preparing a property for virtual staging?

For best results, the room should be empty or have minimal existing furniture. Good natural light helps, so open blinds and curtains before the shoot. Clean windows, clear floors, and removing any personal items gives the staging team the cleanest canvas to work with. I can advise on specific rooms during the shoot if needed.
